As the Lead Oracle Cloud Security Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) infrastructure. You will lead a team of IDCS administrators and work closely with other IT teams to ensure the secure and efficient management of user identities and access controls across our cloud and on-premises applications.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for setting up and managing identity federation with other identity providers or systems.
Establish federation relationships with external identity providers, such as SAML or OAuth-based identity providers, to enable seamless authentication and access for users from trusted external domains.
Design and implement the Oracle IDCS environment to meet scalability, performance, and security requirements, including integration with other systems and applications.
Plan and implement integration with internal and external applications, services, and APIs, ensuring seamless authentication and access management across the organization's IT ecosystem.
Responsible to drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of identity and access management processes, including automation and adopting new technologies.
Experience with identity and access management (IAM) concepts, including directory services (e.g., LDAP), authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth), and role-based access control (RBAC).
Manage relationships with Oracle and other vendors related to IDCS, including evaluating new products or services, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Responsible for integrating SaaS applications with Oracle IDCS for single sign-on (SSO) and centralized access management.
Responsible for maintaining documentation for configuration settings, procedures, and best practices related to Oracle Cloud IDCS and SaaS administration.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders, to ensure that Oracle Cloud instances meet organizational requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle IDCS configuration and administration or related roles.
Strong technical skills in Oracle IDCS configuration, access management, and integration.
Experience leading and managing teams in a complex IT environment.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, identity management best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Working experience with identity and access management (IAM) concepts, including directory services (e.g., LDAP), authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth), and role-based access control (RBAC).
Hands-on experience in administering identity management systems, preferably including Oracle Identity products or other IAM solutions.
Knowledge of identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) mechanisms.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant certifications such as Oracle Identity Cloud Service certifications, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
