Position Description:

We are looking for a Location Sales Manager in our Electrical and Electronic Solution(EES) business focused on the OEM vertical. The Sales Manager will lead a team of Inside and Outside Sales Representatives to aggressively prospect and drive sales within the local area. This position will provide tactical leadership for the group, and will ensure effective coordination of team efforts. The Sales Manager will coach and develop members of the team to maintain superior sales skills with the organization.

Requirements:

-Bachelors degree in a related major is preferred

-Candidate must have excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a dynamic group of sales professionals.

-Previous leadership or outside sales experience is preferred.

-5 years industry related experience is preferred.

-Candidate must have strong analytical and decision making skills.

-Ability to work at a fast-pace and learn products, systems, and sales processes.
