The Project Management /

Change Management Coordinator plays a critical role for the Senior Vice

President, Enterprise Project Management Office and Vice President, Change

Management Office, by flawlessly executing daily operational tasks to enable

the teams’ success. Customer-centric, efficient, and highly attentive to

detail, the Project Management / Change Management Coordinator works at a swift

pace, accomplishing the critical tasks matching to deliver on the priorities of

the week.

This is the entry level

role in both the project management and change management path at Anixter and

gives the right candidate exposure to a career working in the EPMO and CMO for

our company.


? Creates and maintains SharePoint sites for the EPMO,

CMO and Business Process Management(BPM) COE.

? Creates and maintains SharePoint sites for project


? Assist with the deployment of project management and

change management tools, methodologies and processes.

? Assist with the development and maintenance of project

management and change management process templates and procedures.

? Understands and educates others on the use of

collaboration tools in use at Anixter. Stays on top of emerging collaboration

tools, performs training, and sets up access as required for EMPO/CMO team

members and project teams.

? Onboards all new hires to the EPMO/CMO.

? Schedules and prepares materials/reports for meetings

and provides general administrative support for the SVP, EPMO and VP, CMO.

? May support Project Managers and Change Managers

project plan and change plan tracking, tasks and activities.


? Bachelors degree or equivalent

? Experience working in a business environment(either

direct experience or as a college intern)

? Prior exposure to Project Management(or PMO) concepts,

Change Management or Organizational Psychology or coursework a plus

? Strong communication skills with ability to interact

with various organizational levels.

? Commitment and attitude to tackle even the least fun

work with passion and tenacity.

Technical Skills

? Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word

? Sharepoint Design, MS Project, Teams and Visio, an

added plus
