We are looking for a Location Manager in our Network and Security Solutions(NSS) business that is ready to lead a successful sales team consisting of 3 Direct reports and 10+ indirect reports(Inside and Outside Sales Representatives). The Location Manager will lead the team to aggressively prospect and drive new sales within the local territory. This position will provide tactical and strategic leadership for the group, and will ensure effective coordination of team efforts. The Location Manager will coach and develop members of the team to maintain superior sales skills with the organization.
Your sales skills need be unrivaled, but it also helps if you have:
-At least 5 years previous leadership experience
-Sales experience in the industry preferred
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-A confident and determined approach
-Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
-Self-motivation and drive
-A competitive streak
