Job Description

We’re looking for a well-rounded warehouse supervisor for our Reno Distribution Facility. The supervisor will be responsible for the overseeing the outbound Shipping Department. The warehouse is 250,000-sf and primarily supports our west coast business.

Responsibilities include: security of building and equipment, employee staffing and scheduling, training, tracking and maximizing operating efficiency of packing/shipping process, payroll time reporting, safety, OSHA and all regulatory compliance, etc. The ideal candidate will be able to work Monday-Friday from 11am to roughly 8:00pm but will also be flexible as there may be times when longer hours are required.

  • 2+ years experience in warehouse operations, minimum 1 year experience of supervisory experience is a must

  • Excellent computer skills and aptitude

  • Skilled at managing time and priorities

  • Excellent problem solving skills
